COVID-19 Period Updates

In light of the Government guidance around non-essential contact, the Archbishops of Canterbury and York have issued advice that public worship is suspended and Church buildings are to be closed until further notice. As a result all of our regular mid-week and Sunday services and events have been cancelled for the time being.

Whilst our buildings may be closed during this time of national emergency our Clergy team and other ministers will be praying for all in our local communities. Please do not hesitate in getting in touch with one of us if we can support you in any way, you can do so by either calling one of the team on their number below, or by filling in the help form at the bottom of this page:

Reverend Sean Sheffield        07710 423432
Reverend Melissa Carter        07825 910116
Reverend Josias de Souza      07599 861508

We are sad that we will not be able to meet together as a worshipping community, however it is extremely important that we focus on keeping a strong sense of connection with each other and God. We will continue to work on how that looks as a community, and will be posting regular updates on our Facebook page, and looking for other ways to pastorally and spiritually support one another.

Remember to pray for one another during this challenging time, as we will be praying for you, let's love one another well during this time and we will remain strong.

We encourage church members NOT to meet up over this time period, but stay in touch via phone, texts, skype, facebook and other social media platforms.

“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
Isaiah 41:10
